On Friday, 26.04.2013, a symposium “Women Artists, Crafts, and Israeli Mizrahi Culture: Revisited“, will take place at Chelouche Gallery after Tal Shoshan solo exhibition “Savage Spirit“.

Dr. Dana Keren Yaar – researcher of Hebrew literature, colonialism and gender
Dr. Noa Hazan – researcher of race and Israeli visual culture
Dr. Yael Mishali – researcher of gender, queer theory and Mizrahi feminism
Ilay Avidan Azar – researcher of gender, queer theory and transgender studies
Revital Madar – A Mizrahi feminist and student of Philosophy, researcher of fashion
