Materials: chewing gums, red threads.
Techniques: working with double swings on wheels connected to the cell.
“I perform in collaboration with Guy Saggee a pendulous movement in space. Our performance is confined to the motion of the swings which are suspended from the pulley motion of the trapeze in space enables them to examine the distances between two people, as well as the weight difference between them. By means of the different materials and the back and forth movement, we attempt to look upon the fragile point of contact between light and heavy, fixed and hovering. Our wish is simply to hold back and ponder, to connect even though it is necessary to separate.”
