The collection of works Never Is a Long Time is presented “in between times” – following Weinstock’s move from Tokyo, a short stay in Israel, and just before settling in Paris. In this body of work, Weinstock continues her life journey of discovering traditional crafts through which she explores insights into history, fleeting beauty, and existential reflections.

Some of the works exhibited at Chelouche Gallery were previously shown in Weinstock’s solo museum exhibition at the Eretz Israel Museum (January–April 2025), while others are being presented here for the first time. This is an intimate mix of thoughts translated into delicate and poetic craftsmanship that invites slowness and contemplation, in a moment where nature and the soul come to a standstill.

Weinstock combines fragile materials—porcelain, organic substances, flowers, and tree fruits—that could disintegrate at any moment under human touch, yet are eternally preserved within a coating of precious metal. With these, she creates sculptural objects in which presence and absence are intertwined in a balanced way, allowing surrender to beauty and silence.
